For verbal diarrhoea.
Pure genius.

This post part of Blogtober 2009, where I post something on my blog every day. If you're reading this from Posterous, why not read my actual blog instead? You'll find it at: http://www.bennylingbling.com/What I like about this shot isn't that fact that it's blurry, but because the blur adds a sense of realism to the shot itself. If you look closely, it's like the blur only affects the edges of the photo as well, while the centre is still in focus (relatively speaking).
So, there you have it. The iPhone 3G camera can be decent at times - for a geek like me, it's a shame it's not a better macro camera. It's also a shame I don't have a 3GS, but that's another story. This post, part of Blogtober 2009, just goes to show how damn lazy I actually am. Sleep beckons, gentlemen.Somewhat similar to what was said about Borderlands a while back - "screw exams, there's Matthew Reilly awesomeness to be had!"
This post only somewhat part of Blogtober 2009. I can't tell - all I know is that there's a MR book on my desk, and I want to read it :)As you can see, there is no "off button" for Stewie - only "on" and "sensor".
In any case, the iPhone camera works fine for what I need it to do. Sure, it could have a better macro mode. Sure, it could do better in low-light shots. As any good photographer (or casual blogger) knows, however - it's the camera that you have on you that counts. Personally, I'd hate to drag around a DSLR everyday, and I'm sure you would too. This post part of Blogtober 2009. If you live in Adelaide or Perth, this post isn't late.Would have been better as a HDR (would love to bring out the houses in the foreground), but that's a little out of my iPhone's league :P
I guess this is a small reminder that no matter how bad everything seems at the time (and yes, it was bucketing down) there's always something pretty awesome just around the corner; sunshine after rain. This post part of Blogtober 2009. Sunshine after rain is kinda how you could describe my blog posts... I think. What you see there, ladies and gents, is the fruits of a KXX131 survey on something inconsequential.
Now obviously we were expected to fill in the right-hand column with values from 1-6 indicating our preference. Obviously, that didn't happen. :P What did happen was some smart-arse response from me involving pi, a null value, and the number 10. My survey response was pretty tame in comparison to James' - that guy managed to sneak in phi, infinity, the square root of minus one, and natural e. Impressive, no? KXX131, you were a decent subject. Between your "wang operators" and "crud", you bought the lulz. It was a pity that your content was as dry as it was, then. This post part of Blogtober 2009 - unlike the past two posts, this one isn't late. There's no guarantee that the next couple of posts won't be, though ;)Behold. The most important contents of my Windows 7 party pack.
What isn't pictured: Windows 7 themed gift bags, Windows 7 themed poster, Windows 7 themed cardboard marketing material. This post part of Blogtober 2009. This is the second time I've posted late, so here's hoping there won't be a third.
